Stjepan Hefer (Čepin, 18 August 1897 - Buenos Aires, 31 July 1973), Croatian lawyer, politician, Grand Prefect of the Velika župa of Baranja and Minister of the Peasant Economy in the Government of the Independent State of Croatia (1943-1945). After the Second World War, he emigrated to South America and after Pavelić's death, he became the leader of the Croatian Liberation Movement.
